1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from LTK MODS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on LTK MODS are digital goods. Upon confirmed payment, delivery is processed automatically within minutes. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is proven to be faulty or undelivered.

3. Account & Use Restrictions

Mod menu license keys and modded GTA V accounts are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or commercially redistributing any product purchased from LTK MODS is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination with no refund.

4. Third-Party Games & Services

Our products interact with third-party software (Rockstar Games / GTA V). LTK MODS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games. Use of our products is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via Cryptomus (cryptocurrency). By completing a purchase you confirm you are legally permitted to transact in your jurisdiction. All prices are listed in USD equivalents and converted at time of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

LTK MODS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
