Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

All items sold on LTK MODS are digital goods and services. No physical product is shipped. Delivery begins immediately after successful payment confirmation.

2. No Refunds After Service Starts

Once delivery or service has started, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes delivered keys, account upgrades, unlocks, boosts, and any automated digital fulfillment.

3. Limited Exceptions

If a product is proven undelivered or materially faulty due to our error, we will review and may offer either replacement delivery or store credit at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes after valid delivery may result in account suspension and service revocation while the case is investigated.
